Aperture Hotels replaced Marriott International as Third-Party Manager of the Courtyard Houston-Pearland in June 2019. In spite of pandemic-era business disruption, Aperture Hotels achieved a +6% increase in RevPAR Index, +9.6% increase in GOP% margin, and +36% increase in GOP$ from 2019 to 2022

Aperture Hotels was selected as the third-party operator for a new construction hotel, Home2Suites, the latest extended-stay brand to be launched by Hilton. The 109-key property opened in February 2021 in Gulf Breeze, FL. Aperture identified the need for an all-suite, extended-stay product due to high family leisure demand and longer-than-average LOS (length of stay). As a result, Aperture ramped up and stabilized the property to outperform the competitive set ahead of the pro forma schedule.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, ownership renovated the 112-key Holiday Inn Express located in the thriving tourist destination of Bluffton, SC (Greater Hilton Head Island MSA). Ownership engaged Aperture Hotels for third-party hotel management services. Aperture Hotels leveraged its alliance with industry project management expertise to manage the renovation on schedule while controlling costs and adverse business impact through effective site management and minimal revenue displacement.
